You can change the default country site with this option. If you are dutch you could pick NL as Google™Home.

the prefered sites Use a 'comma' , as seperator.
Example: frysianfools.com,lockergnome.com,cnn.com

To choose a different university: Click the find university link and browse
the google list or goto: http://www.google.com/options/universities.html
When you click on the link of your choice on the Google webpage then it will
show you the university search page.
Example:
On the Google page we pick as example: Albert-Ludwigs-Universitaet
When you follow the link Google opens this page: http://www.google.com/univ/uni-freiburg
